The TM-CLKL link will provide the most direct route between the Northwest New Territories and the Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macao Bridge (HZMB). Ozzo was brought on to take over the traffic impact assessment and temporary traffic management for this project in order to identify, assess and mitigate potential traffic impacts that might arise from construction trucks involved with the construction process.
