<p><span style="color: #003366;"><strong>Project Description: </strong>Block 4 is one of 16 historic buildings of Central Police Station (CPS). The recovery work for Block 4 comprises demolition works, steel façade shoring works and the main contract works. As Block 4 is located next to Arbuthnot Road, traffic on Arbuthnot Road will have to be properly managed during the process of recovery works, especially at the time of steel façade shoring erection works at eastern side ( next to Arbuthnot Road ). Temporary Traffic Management Scheme (TTMS) will be generally designed by <strong>Ozzo</strong> and the TTMS according to the guide lines given in TPDM (Transport Planning Design Manual) by Transport Department and Code of Practice for the Lighting, Signing and Guarding of Road Works by Highways Department.</span></p>
