The main objectives of the Traffic Impact Assessment Study are to evaluate the potential traffic impact to the nearby road network to be induced by the proposed redevelopment during both construction and operational stages with not less than Traffic Study, Traffic Forecasting, TIA, Parking and Loading/unloading Assessment, Access Arrangement.
