The Project contains detailed design works for Cooked Food Market, Annex Building, Landscape Deck, Remaining North Water Promenade Structure, Re-provision of Refuse Collection Point, South Water Promenade, Entrance Plaza, Covered Walkways, NLB Bus Office, Cargo Loading & Unloading Area with carpark, Seawall Review & Design, Bicycle Tracks and associated facilities.
